VB has its ups and downs. For Example if you want a D3D hack its coded in C++ but if you want a simple hack you code it in VB. Just because its coded in C++ doesn't mean its undetected longer. Actually it does, C++ hacks cannot have detected Modules, or should I say header files. Or Classes. They can simply be reused.
