Then you open it with Olly Debug (Need a plugin).
After that, you make sure you have another plugin that makes Olly Debug undetected from Combat Arms.
After that, you press F9 2 times.
When done that you have to r-click and click on search all referenced text strings.
And there you have it, your PTC commands.

2) Don't CNTRL+F, just r-click and click on Search For, then go to all referenced text strings.
