your splatters are too big. resize your brush.

font is really bad, plus you cant even read it with the clipping mask on it. dun do text, unless you really really want your name on it for some reason. i barely ever use text

purple to orange gradient set on lighten does not look too good.

if you really wanna get better colors stop using that gradient. lol try photo filters, make your own gradients, stop using purple to orange. please. everyone does that @.@ its too boring.

texture is not that good either, remove it. it doesnt help at all.

you dont always have to make changes to it, you can just keep in mind what people tell you, as you make your next tag.
