I assume you're talking aIW, what do you mean by 'patch'. No nothing works as of now, check the private servers section for updates.

Crack for whut? the game? DLC? If yer talkin about patch it will auto update. u dont need the newest patch. jus get the lastest and it will automatically do it for u. no downloading (only the first time u do it)
