Laptop Help
Idk if this is the right place but wtv. I was hoping all you techies could tell me wtf is going on.

So i want to restore my computer to factory settings due to the fact that it can't play any game without going at 10 FPS.
After a bit of googling i found out how to do it on a gateway laptop, which is to go into gateway recovery management and do a destructive restore. Now the problem is, when I open that up, I get this:

btw that's the laptop I have in the background.
My OS is legit vista 64-bit.
Any help or other way to restore to factory settings without a disc?
