especially those who only have less than 50 posts

and they use and are like:

Lol, I've like seen a hundred of thoughs, Like you see people post with millions of them, Like its a fucking monkey get over it. People post many of thoughs, it gets really fucking annoying. I think only people with 100+ posts should be aloud to use it. And I also agree that anyone with <100 posts that posts something about pb being ghay should be killed...Only if there french though. Ugh...I was going to add another thing. Oh yay and in the spamm forum people use it alot, I mean my computer only has so much RAM on it.
