Small question with 6 PTC Commands

Those functions are suppose to work ?

WeaponSway 0

They were working but since the Silent Patch I think they don't work
Do you have the some prob as me ?

And
Max Health And Max Armor are suppose to change somthing ? The only thing I saw in game is : Life drop to 1 HP and same for the AP

ReviveDistance
TargetDistance
Are ?

I know that Activation one is for Gun really usefull x)
But they are for ?
