easy mod request

nobody responds to the sticky thread for mod requests so im making my own.


i need a mod with
features:
invisibility for me only when i press 9
admin menu including kick/shock/kill/ect when i press 8
disabled nube tubes or like no damage for the tubes


if anyone knows how to make this sort of mod i would be very happy

8 and 9 arent useable because they arent IDENTIFIED as any actionkey.
