Any idea when next patch comes?

Does anyone got a idea when next patch comes so i can update my hack that date?

Player to Infected(Only Quarantine)
Player to Spy(Only Spy Hunt)
Crosshair(Red)
they dont work ...

leave your hacks simple! i will remove some features of my hack too
