Unfortunately there is No way to hack to a Specific level, You use to be able to but it was patched along time ago, all we can offer you is to Prestige Hack you.

Yeah, even if it was possible Sony made it Virtually Impossible to Downgrade in Firmware and Updates!

no, you can't get banned easily i am 10th prestige level 60 (hacked obviously) .... my score is really low, as i prestige hacked from level 6 and my my kd is 1.49
