Other than blending issues with the render,
and as Ryan said, making your effects a bit less dominating..
It's pretty good. Much better than your last.

i know the tik tag u tried to copy
i can point out the elements where his is obviously superior so u can see what u need to work on
u spammed the hexagons too much and didnt consider the placement aswell
the lines of the hexagons are too thick
it lacks that intricate kinda blending, urs just looks slapped on kinda
the render is too blue and too purple in some parts
it lacks good lighting
the pentooling on his chest doesnt flow properly with the armour, that the most important thing when doing that element it has to fit in and not look placed on top

I like those without the text, just less hexagons and it will look just fine. Good job.
