All it really takes is some skill to show you aren't boxing.
Wait for when they make the obvious move and don't just shoot away at the person. Don't walk up to them and shoot. Pretend to walk past them knowing they're there and check your 6' o clock to make sure they aren't going for the kill. Remember, that ghosts aren't seen till they start moving so you can use it to your advantage.
