Well you're kinda out of luck, I don't think there's much hope of getting it off without damaging the disk. Maybe you could find a remover or something that would remove the cement and wouldn't damage the disk, but I wouldn't count on you being able to play MW2 so soon
visit the 360 section, download my uploaded copy, burn to DVD, and play.

really simple.
open the xbox, connect the DVD drive to your motherboard via SATA, use the program i've attached in one my tutorials, then sit and wait. it does it for you.
Afterwards, put it back together and play.

its REALLY simple. I don't see why some people don't do it.

Goof off works good, probably will damage the disc. I don't know if there is a way to do it without damaging it. Try warm water and rubbing it with your fingers? :S
