Office outlook works fine for me :\
Outlook has many rendering issues with advanced html layouts (but works fine with good ol' tables layouts). If you're looking for free *cough* not cracked *cough*, try Thunderbird, otherwise just try Outlook. I could name a few decent ones for Linux as well if you want =/
