Forum leechers

I'm wanting to make a forum leecher that will pull posts and topics out off warez fourms of my choice and then post them to my forum At ******. Here is one i downloaded [img]http://j.image*********/0616/leech.png[/img]ⓘ But it only works on certain types of forums such as ip board and vbulletin. And i was wondering if someone on here new were i could download one that is more flexible or could guide me on how to make one using visual basic. I dont know how to but it any clearer.
