Forum leechers

I dont know if this is the right place to ask.
but i'm wanting a forum leecher to download i want it to leech of any forum and post to ****** forum or how to create one using vb 08

I'm wanting to make a forum leecher that will pull posts and topics out off warez fourms of my choice and then post them to my forum At ******. Here is one i downloaded [img]http://j.image*********/0616/leech.png[/img] But it only works on certain types of forums such as ip board and vbulletin. And i was wondering if someone on here new were i could download one that is more flexible or could guide me on how to make one using visual basic. I dont know how to but it any clearer.
