Should i learn WinAPI after i finish my entire c++ tutorial or would it be the same if i try to learn it with the knowledge of c++ i have?

I think you should learn WinAPI when you know the basics of C++, like Functions, Variables, Loops, Statements, etc.
for my opinion WinAPI is very easy, when you really understand functions etc than it don´t take much of your time to learn them ;-)
