NEEEED HELP!!

Ok so i was downloaded some hacks and then i ran combat arm but the injector failed, it says im missing these .dll but i downloaded the missing .dll and it still dont work may someone help me through TeamViewer? Please and Thank you.

system32 folder?? wheres that? but i out it in combat arm folder.
