Wrong ISP ... Help!!

Ok so i've been using proxy sites to bypass megavideo time limit, gettin points from Swaagbucks etc etc now my internet has gone slow an i've lost my original ip an cant change this one. I'm using Chrome an unchecked the proxy settings an everything but still no luck

went to ip websites an it shows that i'm somewhere in Birmingham while i'm in London

If any1 can help pls do an i will be ever so grateful

Yeah. Dont use that too much. I used it just to get my 190000 zp and then I quit. When i come home for 32 days ill use it again till 300000 zp.

Go into safe mode and do a system restore to a date before you started having this problem.

1. Pull the power cord during windows boot up, and it should ask you if you want to go into safe mode the next time you try to boot up.

2. Go into safe mode & log in. (Into an account with administrator access.)

3. Go to control panel > Restore.

4. Follow the system restore wizard.
