help to change animation

please help me to change the animation of the L9A1(reload,recoil,shot)
how to make it all to L9A1 GILLIE OR BM OR ARCTIC WOLF ETC.
what files i need to edit?(sorry for my bad engl. and help pls if u can)
i dont need to change a texture,i need to change animations!pls help
