I've spent basically the ENTIRE day trying to fix my computer! My sister accidently downloaded one of those effing fake Antiviruses and now my computer is INFECTED!

It's not Antivirus 2010, It's just Antivirus. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I am currently using Malwarebytes scanning it but I'm afraid it may not work. If someone else here has experienced tis with their computers PLEASE tell me how you fixed it! Desperate!

Malware Bytes works good. Use advanced System Care as well. Both free and effective. Thanks if I helped.

Avast antivirus works well at cleaning the computer up after its been infected.

Your not gunnu be able to remove Antivirus with just a malware scanner and virus scanner. The trojan is more advanced than that. You have to manually go into the file and manually remove the program. I only know how to do it for 2010, so I'm not much help with your problem, but I do know you have to remove it manually.

Prevent the problem next time: Put Password.

Take you hard-drive and get it clean that the only way.

Track down what she downloaded, and delete it manually
If it can't be done by you, then backup all of the important files on your computer that you'd regret if you'd lost /deleted, then get the Hard Drive formatted.

The piece of shit bypassed Malwarebytes... how can I find it?
