How do i use a combat arms hack..?

I would use faith injector faith has never showed up as a virus and never let me down, i support faith injectors, and your tut is kinda flawed simply.

open PerX or faith(recommended)
Set process to Engine.exe
Click the + sign and add the hack .dll(I.E thishack.dll)
open CA press start game.
REMEMBER TO INJECT AFTER HACKSHEILD LOADS!!
Open menu with insert or delete key or whatever the coder said the key is.
use the numpad for hotkey hacks.

not one hack from here has ever worked for me...

Have you tried Wassup40's hack? If that doesn't work, wait for Crash's menu hack. It works for A LOT of people. I do mean A LOT.
