Ping Question

1st of all this may sound like a nooby question. I live in Australia and my best ping is a lousy 183 at the west coast server and if I were to use an ip hider/changer and change my ip to an american ip, would this make an movement to my ping at the west coast server? Thanks

Here is a solution. Go to gameclub and register an account for CF Phillipines. Download cf philipines. Youll have a ping of max 100 there.
