Try using the hacks we have here to increase your FPS. Lag could be your internet or the clutter of the game. Upgrade your gfx card drivers or upgrade your gfx.
But this laptop is one week old! I have the latest drivers!

its your graphic card trust me INTEL SUKS
maybe is not graphic card,,,u torrent maybe up,play in yours servers,use a game boster

Maybe is problem on your laptop or internet, but if laptop is new check your internet.
