well for my 2 cents again.... the earths magnetic feild has been changing over there years... as for what its gunna do no one is really sure... the last map i saw showed a weak spot off the atlantic coast of south america...and i think the wurst part of a poll shift would be for a short time a magnetic feild that wasnt strong enough to protect the earth from solar radiation.. but i have to agree with Meek.. it would take a while for it to shift due to the way the earth produces its magnetic feilds..
