i want to make like steam software chat window in games

i use vb6

some 1 can help with this ?
i know that the games in directx so i cant do most top

Why are you using vb6?

Go for DirectX...but I don't recommend you doing such in vb...

Furthermore this isn't just 30 lines of copy & paste...

You will NOT, I repeat myself, NOTTTTTTTTTT find a fully copyable source on how to do this. You need to code this nearly from scratch.
