im confused on how to use this i press open complete everything i want then press save but when i open playerstats.txt it doesnt have any thing in it

dont open the playerstats.txt just leave it it will work and i didnt make it so i dont know any errors. tried updating your alteriwnet?

My AlterIWNet is updated...ugh...i'll just wait till tomorrow and try again.

i have a prob with this see i can get my rank to 70 but when i leave a game or quit mw2 it completly resets my rank i dont know why/ i couldt find any solutions to fix it/ plz help

You can reset your stats on AlterIWNet...just delete all of the .stat files in the players folder.

Not that that's helpful or anything....lol...EAM doesn't work for me on AlterIWNet anyway.
