Crossfire Video effects

I just got my dads old XTX nVIDIA 8600 GTS 1.5gb video card/me/me(I used to have a piece of shit 128) Right now I have all high settings and runs pro, but is there a way to get Anti-aliasing? Right now the edges are very outlined and I want it more smooth. I've seen crossfire reviews with it, idk how tho.

I just noticed it wont let me change anything for the Effect Quality or Shadow Effect option. Its blacked out
