Vital thats like saying Jesus does not need the ability to walk on water. We all know if it had a perfect 64/32 loader (like the one I made in C# or C++) then his hack would get x20 more downloads.

Scimmy the no sway hack is for when ur aiming with ur sniper rifle and u know how it sways back n forth while ur aiming it reduces that sway greatly just not completely but it is very helpful for head shots

Probably not, hacks are fine without loaders. I doubt it would have 20x more downloads.
