in photoshop how can i create the blood efect? (is it a brush?) btw whats your photoshop? cs3, cs4 or cs5? btw i like it great job

CS4.. The easy way is to get a pic of the internet.. The harder way, is to do it by hand.

You are the only person to see it.. So you can't get banned unless you mod a gun to shoot faster or the minigun knife mod..
