This normal?

Uhm the new download patch, everyone knows about it obv. but i was wondering. im at 8/10 and like from 7-8 it was like 15MB! it took like 1 hour section 8 is not like 12MB is this normal to take as long as it is. i would really like to play again(: please tell me below. thanks
