Easy but fucking amazing I litteraly did it for 10 minutes :O when I got it in place it only took me 1 try but when I did it on the first time I started thinking what happens if my eyes get stuck!!

yea theres some 3d vids on you tube, just like these pic, practised for an hour literally, after that its not hard.
all you gotta do is cross your eyes to merge the two picture together to make a third one in the middle, then you just focus the third one out and enjoi. /
