because u asked for what would look most legit and those are the most legit setting i personaly have mine on closest

Make it always aim for chest and no auto shoot.

CHest Aimbot, 90 degrees FOV, and No auto shoot

90 Degrees + Chest

don't use nx chams with aimbots it makes you look like a fag be surprised when you see players that will make you look legit and yea aim for the chest
