If you havent taken a screen shot of the final page, most of the time you'll get an email from that company. When it asked for the header its the info at the top of the email that shows where it came from, thats what they want. You can google where the header is for different email services.

i think you should just wait because sometimes it takes awhile for the zp to transfer to the account.
