Website - Comunity for a Clan
My clan has a webpage, kinda comunity place to give information to new members, Ventrilo information, rules, share pictures, videos etc.

But there is a problem; I created one a while ago and now Im getting a lot of messages telling me that if I want to continue using the webpage I have to pay.

I wont pay shit, and our page will be no longer available in one week.

I want something simple, vBulleting is to way advance for what I want and I want something free, no hosting payments, no nothing. Also a site with multiple language so I can pick spanish.

Can you guys recomend me a site that allow me to create a website for free with forum features where I can upload images, videos, post discussions, register members and moderate?

I need tips, options

But you cant use that site in spanish, can we?

Probably can, though the website builder is in English, but I think your website content can be in spanish. And I believe it has a widget for music...

does vBulletin need pay?
If not, just use vBulletin.

I already created one just to see what I can do but as I see, its not possible to use it in spanish so it's kinda useless for me because we are latin and only the 40% of the clan members speak english.

Its very sad because its a very good site.

You need a hosting to use vBulletin and you have to pay for it.
