What do you mean, "it's not full"? It is the full version - it is not a trial, you can create full, working programs, application extensions (including hacks), games, applications for mobiles and so on with it. There are practically NO differences of concern with the paid versions of Visual Studio.

If you want one of the Visual Studio Express, Visual Studio LightSwitch, Visual Studio Professional, Visual Studio Premium, Visual Studio Tools for Office, Visual Studio Ultimate, or Visual Studio Team System editions, you can go Google it. If you're lazy, then search it up on one of the public torrent trackers.

You don't NEED or WANT MSVC++, any C++ IDE will work - Eclipse, Borland, Code::Blocks, Netbeans, Visual Studio... They will all work for what you need, you just need to add the include and lib folders to your IDE's source directories.

yes it is full... Download the express edition.. not the others.

Actually, he doesn't needs an IDE. he needs a compiler. notepad++ is also considered as an IDE, but you can't compile a project with it
