Don't take this offensive but, no one will ever give you a copypasteable source for such. This is quite hard within VB. And yes I do know that you do not code in C++ you didn't catch my drift.
Furthermore, start with some basic stuff, don't expect full sources for such projects, especially when it comes to D3D.
Go for newb projects first and learn the basics. And later on, if you know the basics, you may start with DirectX. However, DirectX programming is a lot easier in C++. If you are only learning VB to get such working, stop right now.
If you cbf to read everything: Drop this project, no sources, start with basic projects.
