The Steyr AUG-A1, to me, is better than the XM8. Although I don't want to explain why using a lot of words, I'll sum it up within a few words. The Steyr AUG-A1 is an average powered gun combined with a useful scope and magnificent accuracy, topped off with low recoil, finished with low weight but slow reload times.

///I prefer Aug. Nice scope, easy to fire in scope, good fire rate in scope, good fire rate. But the xm8 has advantages too. It has a upwards spray which may get you head shots. But the scope for xm8 is cruddy

i prefer using XM*..it more beter..Xm8 if u use it scope it not to reoil..but if Aug-a1 is very recoil

Shoot *headshot* if not run away LOL. And the xm8 scope has a red dot so its kinda harder to aim for headi had both of those weapons and i really prefered the xm8
when you scope, its easyer with the AUG, thats tru, but when u got the tecnic, u can own from far with xm8. the recoil is good, wieght to, shoot fast enough and good power. reload time not too long. i prefer xm8
