if u cant fix it yet u meyby need to download drivers and meyby u have to low laptop say the details of laptop

Please be more detailed, OS, Ram, Graphics etc, and update your drivers, and all other stuff + CCleaner helps also
And did you disable your antivirus while installing?
if you didn't then redownload from an external site and re-install while Firewall/AntiVirus disabled.
Reinstall WarRock. You are missing important files.
