Trust me, nobody here knows more about web dev (php/asp/ror/sql/html/js/css...) / browsers / hardware / linux / java (k java maybe) than me. It's what I do for a living.

Get chrome, but beware; It crashes like a mofo if you open too many tabs that don't load quickly enough. /

That can only be blamed on your weak PC or a bug (but if you keep your version up to date the latter shouldn't be a problem).

I usually make webpages from scratch, I never use PSDs or any other mocks. But if there's a nice reward I might as well do it. I'm not cheap, I make good stuff, you know?
