Well, sometimes it is better to bann directly. Dont warn anymore, just bann.
I was admin on a soccer forum a while ago, and did the same thing. Things went way better after a change of some actions

they got poop in their eyes.

Well time to do some works and start banning that guys who is spamming...maybe dave give some promotion to minions so they can ban the guys who is spamming.../

Only modarators and the Admins i think they have the power to ban if you what to know why ask dave=)
