anyone know how to create servers

basicly my idea was to create a server for combat arms using the mod from my last thread

i think that this would probibly work
i googled how to make a server it told me how to do it with half life not combat arms

if i could do this how would i even make it work with combat arms?

there are no tuts for that on google.
