Mod won't load @ beginning

I've got a mega big issue: I've a zomb mod where players can lay 5 C4's and zombs can't hit you (bullet damage is nulified), but sometimes they can shoot.
After maybe 3 or 4 restarts it finally works... Can someone help me.
