Name that multitool..

Well I was trolling around yesterday looking at random multitools, and came across one that had "AutoShoot" and "AutoBurst". In essence it automatically shoots when the enemies redname appears and automatically does a 3 round burst with your gun. Well my question is, Where is that multitool? I didn't download it at the time but now I can't find it again and it is very frustrating...Anyone know where it's located? Or at least what it is called?
