Get the MP7 Mod, but if you have good aim, which I doubt because you said you failed with snipers, get the m4 super 90, not the saiga.
Holy shit i have alot of typo's damn laptop keys all run together lol it isnt my fault!!! yeah i was thinking ump45 it has good damage i want a smg to be faster/portable i have 1 assault and 1 machine now i need a smg and pistol ump45 and deagle cst i mainly just try to get all my perm guns with mounted scopes so i dont have to buy one, if i was going to get a sniper i'd go ahead and just get a m14 se xD

you should get ump45 I have mp7 mod perm and I don't like it much it's for like killing just 1 person and then reloading and get urself killed.
you should prolly buy a sniper. like subsonic perm as u have no long range wep.
and about shotty, the saiga IN MY POV is not very good I have the m4s90 perm and I love it.

UMP45 or DSR. IF you like CQC UMP is good.

I dont so much suck at aiming i fail at sniping idk when i first started playing'' last december'' i did alot of big maps with a l96 i owned it now everyone is either a girl player hawk or viper their tiny as hell an harder to hit. So i do better with CQ i only use snipers when im ghosting
UMP45 Or P90TR 
I ended up getting a DSR.. it's damage/accuracy is a win win, i got a 74-28 on kill creek no hacks that gun fucking pwns somethin wicked
