DTX plugin help

Can any one help me out here, I haven't done any moding in Combat arms in a long time, back when i did i had Photoshop Cs4, and it worked fine. I now own a copy of CS5 and have uninstall ed Cs4
Now I can't get the .DTX format to show up in my photoshop Cs5, has any one gotten it to work with Cs5?

Am i doing something wrong?

Do you have the plug ins for your Photo Shop?
