[SOLVED] WTF???

k so i was playing a normal game, kicking ass with my ak-silver then all of a sudden i spawn with a scar light WTF??!?
then i shoot people but they dont die from they drop from an accident, or falling
and sometimes without me shooting i get this one kill thing but someone other name.
ill post pics soon please help??oh and none can see or read my chat.

the thing stopped after i stopped using overcf3.dll now it's normal...
