mw2 lobby problem

Hi, yesterday a guy from italy joined me and it actually worked. but my friends cant? and they have Nat type open, but the guy from italy said doesnt matter if they have strickt/restrickted because he made all the time with hes friends and they got restrickted. is it something wrong to me then? or my friendS?

let every one reset their router sometimes that will work ^^

now i got nat type strickt-.- il try open the ports
Now its open again.. it changes by it self when its open i can host if both got OPEN
