You DON'T need such a thing.
The only thing you need it's a Steam account which contains the original MW2. (which I doubt you have)

can you like download a pirate version of the game, and add to the steam as nosteam game and maybe that will work?
Yes, you can add any application as a "non-steam game" but you won't be able to play on legitimate servers then.

For AlterIWNet you dont need a CDKey or to make an extended configure of a new account.. you just need this AlterIWnet version 1.3.37a Downloads for crack you will find it within the page but if u dont here it is... AlterIWNet Patch

1. make new steam account
2. reinstall MW2
3. enter new cd key when asked

Just enter the key into a Steam account that doesn't contains MW2, if you say you have it.
