It's amazing how someone comes in this section, asking for someone else to make a hack for them, so they can tell their friends they created a hack for MW2. You have a ton to learn before your ready for such feats.

If you have to ask the questions that you asked here, then you don't know enough to have programmed any hack before, you also don't have enough understanding of how mem hacks work. So be real with yourself, go google some programming books online, torrent them or whatever, but don't come here like you are a programmer, asking novice questions.
