Pub Hack Permission?

Ive asked a couple friends that were trying to get the new Pub and it is not allowing us to Download it.. If it were happening to me only I wouldnt post here, but We need help if you guys can please and thanks.. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

The email server has "aids", VM or PM arunforce or Dave84311 to manually verify your account.
